In the heart of Covent Garden, Balthazar is open all day, seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, as well as an amazing weekend brunch. Executive Chef Robert Reid and Head Chef Emanuel Machado have been exemplary to work with, ensuring all serving staff attended detailed caviar training before the launch of the new menu.
