We are thrilled to announce that our Royal Baerii Caviar has been awarded a golden star at the 2016 Great Taste Awards. The panel of chefs complimented the pleasant creaminess of the roe and awarded the star based on the taste, texture and sustainability of the product.
This particular sturgeon species, Acipenser Baerii, is still relatively new to the caviar industry and certainly had its doubters when it first arrived on the scene once imports on wild caviar were banned in 2006. Acipenser Baerii sturgeon take an average of 6-8 years to mature, the whole process from production to distribution at the time seemed rushed and rather desperate.
Moving forward now to 2016, it is particularly rewarding to witness the improvement in sustainably produced caviar. Sturgeon farming has come a long way, our Royal Baerii Caviar is testimony to that.

We are delighted to announce Caviar Artisan is now on the menu at Balthazar Restaurant, London. In the heart of Covent Garden, Balthazar is open all day, seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, as well as an amazing weekend brunch. Great French bistro food, good wine and friendly service are the order of the day.
Executive Chef Robert Reid and Head Chef Emanuel Machado have been exemplary to work with, ensuring all serving staff attended detailed caviar training before the launch of the new menu.

We had the great pleasure of hosting a caviar bar at the Belstaff Spring/Summer 2016 collection launch events in London and Manchester.
The worlds finest caviar and champagne pairings served to guests upon arrival, and a live DJ set kept the good vibes flowing throughout the evening.
A special mention must be given to the wonderful Natalia Cassel and Daniele Bentivegna at Belstaff for making us feel so welcome.
