50g Caspian Beluga Caviar
Beluga Caviar comes to us from the sturgeon species Acipenser Huso huso, originally native to the Caspian Sea. The time required to harvest this highly prized caviar is at least 15 years, its large and delicate grains are distinctively creamy in taste, cloaked in varying tones from dark to steely grey.
Iranian Beluga caviar has been THE most sought after and consumed by royalties of the past. As wild Beluga caviar was no longer available we have all been waiting for more than a decade for ethically farmed Beluga.
Beluga Caviar is now being produced on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the northern province of Golestan, Iran... and it has been worth the wait!
Delivery: 50g Caspian Beluga thermo packed with ice in a Caviar Artisan cooler bag. Available for Next Day UK and Same Day London delivery.
