This vintage caviar comes from the Russian Sturgeon, Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, which matures at around 10-12 years old. Sustainably produced in Venice, Italy, prepared according to ancient Russian tradition. Imperial Oscietra caviar ranges in colour from a light to a warm rich brown, distinctively nutty in taste with a subtle hint of salt. Caviar of exceptional quality.
