Imperial Oscietra comes to us from the sturgeon species Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, originally a native to the Caspian Sea. The time required to harvest this classic caviar is 8-10 years, its firm and glossy grains are distinctively nutty in taste, cloaked in varying tones from dark brown to beige.
