Escargots de Bourgogne, 60
Snails are a French delicacy, usually served as a starter. We suggest the following preparation for this classic dish:
Drain and place each snail in one shell. Cover each snail with our Gillot Normandy Butter, finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper, garlic and shallots.
Add the prepared Snails to a baking pan and place into a preheated oven (180 degrees). Serve hot when the butter starts to sizzle, around 10-12 minutes. Delicious!
