Spring’ Smokery nestles in the glorious South Downs in Sussex.

Since 1964, they have smoked premium salmon using whole logs from local Sussex oak. No preservatives, no colourings, ever. Simply dry salted salmon, the traditional way, and then cold smoked in 50 year-old kilns for anything up to three times longer than many commercial producers.

 The result: delicate slices of smoky, fishy heaven. Just add a squeeze of fresh lemon and ground black pepper.
